All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours. No orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays.  Please allow 3 business days for shipping.

Any domestic order in the U.S. valued at under $15 will have Flat Rate shipping options available. All domestic orders valued at more than $ 1,500 will ship free of charge via USPS Priority.

OFFICIAL WHOLEMELT SHOP is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure, either during shipping or after your products arrive. If you are ordering products, specifically our Disposables, on Thursdays or Fridays, the order will not be fulfilled or shipped until the following Monday. We do this to ensure the integrity of the product during transit.
